1. Return & Refund Eligibility


You may request a return or refund if:


The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.


The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.


The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation.



We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:


Products damaged due to customer misuse.


Items returned without original packaging.


Clearance or final sale items.



2. How to Request a Refund


To request a refund:

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.



Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


3. Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect the returned item:


We will notify you of approval or rejection.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).



4. Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at thegalaxyindia24@gmail.com.


5. Cancellations


Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven't been shipped. To cancel an order, email us immediately at thegalaxyindia24@gmail.com.
